Laundry Room Tips
1. Please be respectful of other residents' belongings.
2. Do not leave your clothing in the washing machine unattended. Remove your clothing from the washer as quickly as possible to allow someone else to use the machine.
3. If there are other residents waiting to use the machines you must use one machine at a time.
4. If you have problems with the washer or dryer, contact Hoff Customer Service at (301)595-1010.
5. Please keep the clothes care center neat and clean.
We ask that you please be patient when waiting to use the clothes care center.

Laundry Room Card (Clothes Care Center Card Guidelines)
Please be advised of the following: Please be advised of the following:

1. There will only be one card issued per leaseholder.
2. The Card Service Center (CSR) is located in the clothes care center of building 3424 (Graduate Hills) and 4318 (Graduate Gardens) Additional machines may be added in the future.
3. If the CRS machine malfunctions, please call Hoff at 301-595-1010
4. The CRS machine can only take $5, $10, or $20 bills only.
5. The cost to wash and dry is $1.25 each.
6. The card must be returned to the office when you move-out. If it is not returned, you will incur a $25.00 fee on your account.
7. If the card is lost, it will cost $25.00 to replace the card.
8. If the card is stolen, please provide us with a police report number so that we can replace the card at no charge.
9. This card can also be used in the computer lab. To gain access to the lab, please come to the Resident Services Office, pay a fee of $5.00 and you will then be able to gain access to the lab.

If the card doesn’t function properly, please come to Resident Services to get a new laundry card. Please send the old card to the address below as soon as possible and they will send you a refund.
